ADC Announces First Subject Matter Expert Presenters for ReFresh Fresh Food Management Conference

ADC announces that Anne-Marie Roerink, Principal at 210 Analytics, and Erik Lieberman, Principal at Lieberman PLLC, are presenting at the 15th annual ReFresh Fresh Item Management (FIM) Conference. This year’s ReFresh is October 3-6, 2016 at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida.

ReFresh is a multi-day conference for existing and prospective ADC customers, as well as industry partners and subject matter experts. ReFresh is focused on providing attendees with a detailed look at the newest technologies and solutions available for managing fresh foods.

  • Anne-Marie RoerinkPrincipal, 210 Analytics, LLC – Anne-Marie’s presentation on Wednesday, October 6 will highlight shopper trends in supermarkets, specifically in the meat and produce departments. Anne Marie provides customized research and marketing strategies for clients such as the Food Marketing Institute, National Grocers Association, National Confectioners Association, Retail Industry Leaders Association, and many other food-related businesses. Anne-Marie has developed an excellent perspective on the changing nature of the shopper and the food retailing business today, and the challenge of success tomorrow.
  • Erik R. LiebermanFounding Principal, Lieberman PLLC – Erik’s presentation on October 4th will cover the latest information on key regulations impacting retailers, FDA’s Menu Labeling and the Final Grind Log Rule. Erik has extensive experience on legal matters involving food safety, international trade, food labeling, agriculture, food marketing and the federal legislative process.  Formerly Erik served as vice president and chief regulatory counsel at the Food Marketing Institute where he represented the retail supermarket industry and food wholesalers before federal agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration and Department of Agriculture.
