Sedano's Supermarkets Selects ADC's InterScale Scales Manager

ADC announces that Sedano’s Supermarkets, headquartered in Miami, Florida with over 30 stores, has selected ADC’s InterScale Scales Manager software system to integrate with their existing Loc software.

With InterScale, Sedano’s Supermarkets manages the data being sent to and from the barcode labeling scales, printers and kiosks, including change batch creation and management, performing network tests and re-loading scales with item price and food safety information.

The InterScale Scales Manager is one of the three software systems that comprise InterStore, ADC's integrated fresh item management software suite. The other two systems are: the NutriGen Recipe Manager, which centrally manages and analyzes recipes and generates legally compliant ingredient lists, and the P-Cubed Production Manager, which automates, manages and tracks shrink, inventory and production in the fresh departments of grocery stores.

About Sedano’s Supermarkets
Established in Hialeah, Florida in 1962, Sedano’s Supermarkets has grown from a single neighborhood market into the #1 Hispanic retailer in America. Sedano’s founder Armando Guerra, a thriving businessman in his homeland of Cuba, brought with him a bounty of experience that helped establish himself in the U.S – and in 1971, Guerra brought Manuel HerrĂ¡n on board to help out with the daily operations of his burgeoning business. The rest, as they say, is for the history books.  To learn more, visit www.Sedanos.com.
